Office Staff

Mike Gaddis

Mike began selling insurance and preparing taxes alongside his father, Lyle, in 1973. He is licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance and specializes in personal, small business, and farm income tax returns. A lover of the outdoors, Mike spends his free time hunting and working in the woods. He loves running around with his two grandsons, especially taking them to the sale barn to look at the animals on Tuesdays, and to the Lake Shelbyville Visitors Center museum. Mike is the treasurer for the Lake Shelbyville Strutters chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation and hosts their “JAKES” Event, to expose children to the outdoors and teach them hunting safety, at his cabin every year.

Kristin Young

Kristin became the third generation to join Gaddis Insurance and Tax in 2006. She is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent, as well as a tax advisor and Enrolled Agent with the IRS. In her free time, Kristin is usually running races and playing trains with her two little boys, sweating it out in hot yoga, or baking up something sweet. She loves traveling with her boys and exposing them to new places and cultures. Children in general are near and dear to her heart, and she loves spending time volunteering and supporting causes to help children in need, such as Junior Welfare Association and St Jude’s.

Bryan Gaddis

Bryan joined the family business preparing income taxes in 2011. He can assist you with all of your individual and small business tax needs. Outside of tax season, Bryan is a photographer and videographer, and the owner of Gaddis Graphics. In his free time you can find him on the lake, building computers, or traveling with his wife Kelley. Bryan and Kelley have an adorable Husky named Alana, and they support many pet causes.
